As the local city transport is an unorganised sector in India. Founders of this startup thought to solve this issue with their experience in the market and with the help of technology. They want to make same city transport (also known as Last Mile Logistics) more reliable, organised, safe and available at finger tips of every transporter or individual – making relevant cost effective solutions accessible to everyone.

Solution

With a few brainstorming sessions we understood the market trends and how unorganised the market is. Our main challenge was to develop the web apps/mobile apps as simple as possible because the type of market we were getting into was not tech savy.

What we did?

Started with the admin side we developed admin panel and helped client to start the operations manually and understand the real challenges which we need to solve.

Within 1 month we covered almost all the modules which needed modifications/additions.

Our second step was to develop the Driver mobile app so that the order flow would be completed.

After trying and testing of the app for one month we started to develop the user side web app and mobile app.

Within 2 months client onboarded 100's customers and started executing the operations successfully.
