It’s been a month since I started my firm and I have been connecting with people to explain how digital marketing can help them to boost their brand and their business revenue as well.
To my surprise! most of them thought that Digital marketing solely means posting your content on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. People have misunderstood the concept of digital marketing and I truly believe that is because of a lack of awareness and lack of knowledge.
So I thought I would write a blog about it and do my part to help them understand what does it exactly mean. In my blog, I will try to simplify it and break it down in a way that it will be easy for you to understand:
Digital marketing is all about finding your targeted audience, research about their behaviour and pitching your product accordingly in the digital world. In simple words, for some businesses, it's all about social media platforms as their audience is more active on social media and for others its more than that. For them, it may consist of E-mail marketing, Digital Advertising, Online brochures and beyond.
So when you are building your website as per the latest SEO trends or you are posting your blogs online or you are running email campaigns to create the awareness of your business to your potential customers, all of it is a part of "Digital Marketing"
